Data centers
for a new era of
computing

We design and develop next-generation data centers for artificial intelligence, high-performance computing, and critical digital infrastructure, combining technological capacity, scalability, and integrated renewable generation.

What is a data center?

A data center is the physical infrastructure that allows for the storage, processing, and transmission of the massive amounts of information on which artificial intelligence, the cloud, telecommunications, and much of the digital economy operate.

Premier Group develops high-density data centers specifically conceived for the demands of new computational workloads. Its model integrates technological infrastructure with energy supply from the design phase, combining renewable generation, storage, and backup systems to create efficient, resilient facilities prepared for growth.

Projects are also designed using modular architectures, allowing for the incorporation of new capacity as demand increases without interrupting existing operations.

Features

Designed for the most demanding digital workloads

Our data centers combine electrical infrastructure, connectivity, cooling, and processing capacity within an architecture designed to operate continuously and efficiently.

The modular design allows for the progressive deployment of capacity and the expansion of each campus as demand increases. The infrastructure is prepared for high-density loads associated with artificial intelligence and HPC, incorporating liquid cooling solutions for environments with high concentrations of GPUs.

Renewable generation can be directly integrated with data center consumption through behind-the-meter schemes, complemented by BESS systems to store energy and reinforce supply stability. Furthermore, projects pursue high standards of availability, energy efficiency, and environmental certification.

Our basic technical criteria include PUE targets below 1.3, Tier III/Tier IV architectures, verifiable renewable supply, and scalable designs capable of growing without halting operations.

Agreements

Development backed by the regions

The implementation of a data center requires coordinating energy, connectivity, land-use planning, electrical infrastructure, and industrial development. Therefore, Premier Group works alongside the administrations of the regions where it develops its projects to facilitate their integration and accelerate the creation of new technological infrastructure.

In Spain, the company has reached agreements with the Generalitat Valenciana and the Junta de Andalucía to promote data center projects and favor the implementation of advanced digital infrastructure.

This institutional collaboration allows for a coordinated approach to aspects such as administrative processing, investment, energy development, and the generation of economic activity linked to the new technological campuses.

Additionally, the DC El Lobo project in Monforte del Cid was admitted as a Project of Regional Interest by the Generalitat Valenciana in April 2026.

Impact

Digital infrastructure that transforms the region

A data center is much more than technological infrastructure. Its implementation generates an economic ecosystem around energy, construction, telecommunications, engineering, and specialized services.

Premier’s projects are designed to attract long-term technological investment and qualified talent, activate suppliers and auxiliary industries, and favor new training opportunities linked to the needs of the digital economy.

The company also envisions collaboration with universities and training centers to develop specialized profiles and reinforce the technological capabilities of each region.

According to corporate forecasts, certain projects can generate between 800 and 1,000 direct, indirect, and induced jobs during their first five years, while contributing to reinforcing European digital and industrial autonomy.

The infrastructure behind
the digital economy

Every search, artificial intelligence model, cloud service, or digital transaction needs an infrastructure capable of processing data with speed, security, and permanent availability.

Data centers concentrate servers, storage, and communication networks to provide this computational capacity to companies, administrations, and digital platforms. In edge models, they also bring processing closer to users to reduce latency and respond practically in real time.

A new generation of
digital infrastructure

Premier Group develops an international portfolio of data centers designed to combine computational capacity, connectivity, and energy within a single infrastructure strategy.
