A strategic evolution
toward industrial infrastructure

We began by developing photovoltaic projects. Today, we build different types of industrial and technological infrastructures where renewable energy is the backbone.

A history built
project by project

Our trajectory is the result of constant evolution: new markets, new technologies, and increasingly integrated projects. From the development of renewable energy facilities to industrial infrastructures, each stage has paved the way for the next.

2008

Premier PV Foundation

Founded in Spain with a focus on the development and EPC construction of photovoltaic plants. First projects in the Iberian Peninsula.

2010 - 2015

International Expansion

Entry into Italy and Romania. Development of large-scale projects in Eastern Europe. In 2010, a branch was established in Brazil. Entry into the Japanese market in 2012—Premier became one of the few European operators with an active presence in the Japanese market—and the Philippines in 2014.

2021

Diversification: Wind and BESS

Incorporation of battery storage and wind energy into the portfolio. Hybrid wind-solar-storage projects.

2022

KGAL Strategic Alliance

Agreement with KGAL, one of Europe’s most important infrastructure funds with over €14 billion in assets under management. Accelerates access to institutional capital for large-scale projects.

2023

Industrial Leap: Data Centers & Semiconductors

Premier Group launches its industrial division.

2025

Entry into Portugal

Premier Group expands its presence in the Iberian Peninsula with new data center projects in Portugal, reinforcing its position as a leading industrial infrastructure operator in Southern Europe.

A shared vision to build the industry of the future

César Abad (CEO) and Javier Abad (CFO), founders and shareholders of Premier Group, have 20 years of experience driving large-scale projects in the industrial and energy sectors internationally.

Their goal has been clear and firm from day one: to create a self-sufficient and competitive energy industry. Their vision is what has built the group line by line, leading to the three activities that reinforce each other today: synthetic diamond semiconductors, high-density data centers, and renewable generation with storage.

Transforming energy into high-value technology

At Premier Group, we build self-sufficient industry: capable of generating its own energy, producing its own technology, and reducing dependence on third parties. Renewable energy is the starting point. Our purpose is to turn it into the foundation for new digital and industrial infrastructures capable of generating greater technological, economic, and territorial value wherever they are implemented.

We understand energy and industry as parts of the same system. We design projects jointly, integrating renewable generation, storage, electrical infrastructure, and industrial consumption to reduce dependencies, simplify operations, and improve the overall efficiency of each asset.

We are committed to emerging technologies, proprietary research, and solutions with high transformation potential. From new energy systems to digital infrastructure and advanced semiconductors, we seek to develop projects that do not just replicate what exists, but open new industrial opportunities.

Our projects are designed to generate an impact that goes beyond the infrastructure itself. We seek to create skilled employment, drive new training opportunities, revitalize the local business landscape, and contribute to the industrial and technological development of the territories where we operate.

We design infrastructures prepared to operate with stability and continuity. The combination of self-generation, storage, redundancy, and backup systems allows for reduced interruptions, increased operational autonomy, and greater long-term energy security.
