BESS Portfolio

Independent battery energy storage project with a planned power output of 30 MW and a total capacity of 91.44 MWh. The asset is in the development phase and already has a grid connection point. Its location is less than 0.5 km from the connection infrastructure, facilitating its future integration into the electrical system. The project is designed to participate in the Japanese storage market and contribute to improving grid stability and flexibility.

BESS Portfolio

Portfolio consisting of 20 battery energy storage projects distributed across six regions in Japan. Collectively, the portfolio represents an approximate power output of 965 MW, with systems designed to offer up to three hours of storage. The projects are in the early stages of development and show varying levels of progress. The portfolio offers the opportunity to develop a diversified presence within the Japanese energy market, reducing geographic concentration in a single region.

Data Center Portfolio

Portfolio of data centers planned in Hokkaido, primarily oriented toward services linked to artificial intelligence, data processing, and inference tasks. The projects have identified land and grid connection availability. Their development is planned through modular and phased construction, allowing each facility’s capacity to adapt to evolving demand. The proposal combines energy availability, scalability, and a suitable location for high-consumption digital infrastructure.

PV + BESS Portfolio

Portfolio of hybrid projects combining solar photovoltaic installations with battery storage systems. The assets show different levels of maturity within their development process but maintain valid permits and have grid access and connection rights. The incorporation of storage allows for more efficient management of the energy produced and shifts delivery to times of peak demand. The projects can be acquired individually or through a joint operation for the entire portfolio.

Wind Portfolio

Portfolio integrated by several wind generation projects located in areas with favorable wind resources and high energy production potential. The assets are in an advanced stage of development and have secured grid connection. The portfolio is aimed at investors or developers interested in renewable projects with a higher degree of maturity and with key technical and administrative milestones already achieved.

El Lobo Portfolio

Hybrid project combining a 44.07 MWp solar photovoltaic plant with a BESS storage system of 30 MW power and 120 MWh capacity. The asset also incorporates a confirmed demand of 30 MW linked to a data center, adding an energy consumption component associated with the project. It is marketed as a single Ready-to-Build asset, meaning it is prepared to move into the construction phase once the transaction is finalized.
