El Lobo

Modular and scalable Edge Data Center, 100% powered by its own renewable energy (solar + wind). Geared towards AI, HPC, and low latency for the Valencian Community and Southern Europe. Approved as a Project of Autonomous Interest (PIA) by the Generalitat Valenciana in April 2026.

Premier Quantum

Europe’s first synthetic diamond semiconductor factory (using MPCVD) located in Vitoria-Gasteiz, 100% powered by local wind energy. It produces single-crystal diamond wafers as an intermediate product and final chips for high-power applications (EVs, AI, defense, 5G/6G). The first facility of its kind in Europe.

Gamarra

The Gamarra Wind Farm (44.91 MW) is located in the municipalities of Arratzua-Ubarrundia and Elburgo, Álava (Basque Country). It comprises 9 wind turbines with an estimated annual production of 118,255 MWh. The site boasts an average wind resource of 6.24 m/s, a robust value for a Spanish onshore wind farm, ensuring stable and competitive generation. Power evacuation is achieved via direct connection to the “Gamarra” substation at 30 kV, owned by I-DE Redes Eléctricas. This project aligns with Premier Group’s strategic industrial development in Euskadi, offering potential for integration with the Vitoria-Gasteiz diamond semiconductor factory as a local renewable energy supplier.

Ali

A 9.98 MW wind farm located in the municipality of Elburgo (Álava, Basque Country), comprising 2 wind turbines capable of generating approximately 25,510 MWh annually. The site’s wind resource, with an average wind speed of 6.1 m/s, is consistent with the profitability standards for onshore wind power in Spain and ensures efficient operation throughout the asset’s lifespan. The energy generated is directly evacuated to the “Ali” 30 kV substation, part of I-DE Redes Eléctricas’ grid infrastructure, which simplifies integration into the electrical system. As part of Premier Group’s industrial strategy in Euskadi, the Ali project aims to serve as a renewable supply source for the future diamond semiconductor factory in Vitoria-Gasteiz, contributing to the region’s energy-industrial value chain.

Orcoyen

A 24.95 MW wind farm located in Puente la Reina (Navarra), one of the autonomous communities with the greatest tradition and maturity in wind energy development in Spain. Its 5 wind turbines harness an exceptional wind resource of 7.49 m/s, clearly above the national onshore wind average, resulting in an estimated production of 94,145 MWh/year and a very competitive generation profile. Power evacuation is carried out at a high voltage of 66 kV through the “Orcoyen” substation owned by I-DE Redes Eléctricas, ensuring a robust grid connection suitable for the project’s capacity.

Hernani

A 9.98 MW wind power facility located in Villabona (Gipuzkoa, Basque Country), consisting of 2 wind turbines that capitalize on the characteristic wind conditions of the Gipuzkoan Atlantic environment. With an average resource of 6.7 m/s, the site offers solid energy performance reflected in an estimated production of 28,085 MWh/year. The generated energy is fed into the grid via a 30 kV connection to the “Hernani” substation, an infrastructure owned by I-DE Redes Eléctricas, ensuring efficient technical integration into the peninsular power system.

Aqua

A 24.95 MW Battery Energy Storage System located in Valencia, in the heart of Spain’s Mediterranean corridor. The area hosts some of the country’s largest port and industrial activities, generating continuous demand for peak shaving and grid stabilization services. The Valencian Community leads solar power generation growth in Spain, and the AQUA project is conceived as critical infrastructure to integrate this renewable power and efficiently manage consumption peaks in the Mediterranean corridor.

Alcalá de Guadaíra

A hybrid photovoltaic project with battery storage located in the Seville metropolitan area, within one of the most productive solar corridors on the Iberian Peninsula. The site, featuring completely flat terrain on secured land, allows for streamlined construction without the need for significant civil works. Power evacuation is channeled through an underground line running entirely through public land, eliminating expropriation risk. The solar tracking system maximizes irradiation capture throughout the day, while the 4-hour BESS module provides dispatch flexibility and arbitrage capacity in the wholesale market.

Aljarafe

Hybrid PV-BESS installation in La Rinconada, in the northern metropolitan area of Seville, a region with one of the highest solar irradiation rates in Europe. The fully secured, flat land guarantees frictionless construction and stable long-term operation. The underground evacuation line primarily utilizes public land, minimizing expropriation risk. The combination of photovoltaic generation with a tracker and 4-hour storage offers an optimized production profile to maximize revenue in the energy market and adjustment services.

Palmeral

A hybrid photovoltaic project with battery storage located in Alicante, a region boasting one of the highest solar irradiation rates in the Valencian Community and throughout Spain. The site, characterized by completely flat terrain, requires only superficial clearing, which simplifies and reduces the cost of the construction phase. The underground evacuation line runs almost entirely over public land, practically eliminating any need for expropriation. The 4-hour storage module provides the asset with significant energy management capability, positioning it to capture value in both the wholesale market and grid flexibility services.

Secadal

A triple hybrid asset—photovoltaic, wind, and BESS—designed as an integrated energy-industrial ecosystem in Castile and León, one of the regions with the greatest wind and solar resources on the Peninsula. The complementarity between daytime solar generation and nocturnal and seasonal wind generation creates a more stable and continuous production profile than any single technology, maximizing the use of connection capacity and structurally reducing the risk of curtailment. The 15.275 MW BESS module acts as the backbone of energy management, storing surpluses, providing flexibility services to the grid, and enabling the asset to operate as a manageable virtual power plant. The project has signed land agreements on non-urban rural land, and the underground evacuation line connects to the Valladolid Substation at 13.2 kV via I-DE.
